I ordered 3 items in early Nov 06. My credit card was promptly billed a little more than the confirmation e-mail. I received one item quickly. I e-mailed about the remaining items, I got responses that never held true. They don't have a phone number to call them. I finally got a second item. Third item has still never been shipped. I have e-mailed and gotten no response.

I have been lucky reading some of the other complaints and only lost about $75.
