CIC CREDIT MONITORING 1-800-2202626CA

I started getting a $9.95 charge on by credit card ea month after my 30 free days were up. I called them, complained, asked them to discontinue. The last charge was supposed to be August 25,2006. This is December 30 and the charge is still showing up. How do you get this bogus charge stopped?
