Burger King Manager

Burger King - Mountain Road & Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17112? My daughter & I went to the drive thru and gave our order to the cashier, who is a nice person. At the pick up window the manager greeted us with a gruff voice, "go around front, your order is to big." We had ordered $31 - $32 worth of food. We complied with his wishes and when we got to the front of the store a pleasant young man met our car with our order. Half the order wasn't there and we told this young man what was missing. He was very apologetic and went in to get the rest of our order. He was taking a long time, so I got our register receipt and went in side. The manager told him we got everything on the order and if we wanted more food we had to pay for it. I told the manager we had paid for everything we ordered and he argued with me. I showed him the receipt and he basically threw the food and drink cups at me. He had forgotten a plain double cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and kids drink and a medium drink. The double burger had everything on it much to my dismay as I specifically asked for a plain cheeseburger, the fish sandwich had two or three microscopic pieces of lettuce and all the orange drinks were all syrup and were undrinkable.

This isn't the first time this manager has been rude to customers and I doubt that it won't be the last. After today I will go down the street to McDonalds, pay a little more and be greeted with smiles and pleasantries from all the employees. In all the years this particular Burger King has been at Mountain Rd & Allentown Blvd they have had rude managers. I get disgusted with the rudeness and quit going for awhile. I go back because I prefer the food then I leave again. A lot of people complain about this place, but probably have never complained to the right people. I hope something is done about this, as I am tired of being treated like a thief because I request the product I paid for.
