AT&T does not issue refunds in a timely manner when account is cancelled In September I cancelled my residential phone service with AT&T. They sent me bills with the credit due $24.43 since September, but as of December 30,2006, they said I need another 30 days to expect the refund, although the policy is to refund within 90 days of cancellation. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY as they are out of control and the customer service is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. Use any other company for your phone/internet provider, unless you like to be hasseled and cheated.
