Sirs;

My wife ordered an ATV for our granddaughter on 12/17/06 Invoice # 20061217000517.

We have had no contact/reply to our inquires since. We have called serval times and e-mailed as well to get any info on when to expect delivery to no avail. No one answers the phone nor have they answered to any e-mail, although they took the money out of our account 12/18/06. Any assistance or information regarding this transaction would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I guess USATV's are still up to their old tricks. I have been completly take. They have my 500$, and I have a brandnew piece of junk in my garage.

Here is my email to them.

To Whom This May Concern

I placed order number 20070914132618 and have had nothing but problems. I ordered an 80cc unit but was shipped a 100CC and was told it was an upgrade. I now understand that you shipped me a 100cc because these units are complete lemons.

I can't even get this piece of junk out of my garage, it won't start!!!!!! I was eventually told that these units ship with bad carburetors. Well that fantastic, I'm not a mechanic, and I didn't pay 500$+ dollars spending my weekends screwing around trying to make something work. I might as well have tried to build the thing myself.

Well, you have my money and hours and hours of wasted time. I plan on reporting you to the BBB and any other organization I can find. I am also going to post on as many websites as I can about my experience.

My only choice now is to find a dealer here in San Diego that is reputable and spend MORE money and MORE TIME trying to resolve this issue.

Thanks USAATV's for taking my money and screwing me over pretty good.

Paul
