being double billed by circuitmicro.com

My fiance' and I paid 39.96 for a loan application for a computer at circuitmicro.com..once approved i was taken to a page where i was told i would have to put 30% down.I left the website.Two days later i get a call from the company saying i will have to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee.A fee for an order i never finished placing.Then the company started running the checks through my bank over and over.I have now had to open a new checking acct.Don't ever use this website..Tracy Harper
