I ordered and received a Steinhausen watch winder from this merchant in November 2005. It had a 1-year warranty. It stopped working in October 2006. I've sent them 5 emails since November 1 and have never received a response. I also sent them a certified letter but they refused to accept it from the post office. This so-called business is taking advantage of consumers who believe they are buying a good quality product with a warranty, when that is not the case since no one from the company will even respond to my inquiries. Further, they post loads of "positive customer service comments" on their website - I'd love to know who those so-called customers are since I can't even get a response to my inquiry.

I'm posting this so others will not suffer the same misfortune I have at the hands of SteinhausenOvernight.com.
