Hutch new Postpaid connection

Hi,

Recently I got a call from Hutch for a new postpaid connection. They offered me some attractive discounts to have their 3 years advance rental plan. They offered me mobile to mobile local calls at 0.99 paise and free CLIP for 3 years. All this for an advance rental of Rs 999/- only. I got the new connection from Hutch. But when I received my first bill I was charged for the CLIP which was was offered to me free. On contacting Hutch care several times they refused to admit that there was CLIP free on my plan. Then later they agreed to give me CLIP free for 1 year only for my satisfaction.

When I had taken the new connection I repeatedly got Hutch executives to confirm me that the new connection would entitle me for 3 years of free CLIP and they reassured me for the same.

But now I feel cheated by Hutch for this. I think they are just committing verbally to customers for getting new connections.

Can you help me on this?
