Good Feet Store

Good Feet Store 6629 S. Virginia Reno, NV. On April 1st, 2006, I purchased the CLASSIC Arch Supports from one of the GOOD FEET store in Reno,NV. for $268. My problems started when I had to exchange the original Arch Supports for a less extreme Support, which left me with a credit to use within 60 days. On September 9th I ordered a pair of shoes because at this point I was suffering so bad from shoes that did not fit properly: because the Supports made a difference in the way my shoes now fit. I have now given them ANOTHER $70 with the promise that my shoes would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. I have now been wearing HOUSE SHOES to work for 9 weeks & still no shoes!! Just excuses! From November 27 until I was the one calling about either my shoes or a refund so I could purchase some. It is now December 29th, & I am still in HOUSE SHOES. I was treated RUDELY when I did drive the 90 miles to Reno to resolve this situation. I was told I would receive a check in the mail in 10 days, however that was on Dec. 9th, & still I am waiting. The 'GOOD FEET' Franchise office has done NOTHING more than forward my complaint to the store manager. Be very wary of any company who will not back their product or Stores with any more integrity than this one has!!
