Don't ever buy from this company! I bought an Archos 404 pvp and after a month the screen went on it. I tried to get through to their customer service department for three days and eventually got a live person. I asked for an RMA number in order to ship the product back to Archos to get the LCD screen fixed. They promised to send this information along with the shipping instructions to my email address. Guess what? It never appeared in my email inbox. Further attempts to reach customer service have so far proved futile. I have a $400.00 piece of junk which cannot access music or video files. I will probably have to junk this and purchase a different product from a different company.
