This horribly run business mistakenly entered $4500 instead of $45 for an order I placed with them. This was done on Friday December 22, 2006. No one had the good sense or courtesy to contact me and let me know and I entered the Christmas weekend thinking I had money in the bank when there was only $192 left. I went to a local store Saturday morning to pick up a gift I had ordered and my card was declined. When checking my account I saw the error and called them. I was told that they had already caught it and had it reversed but would check into it and that the boss was coming in and would call me and let me know what was happening. Guess what? No phone call and I had to borrow money to purchase our family dinner and was forced to explain to my grandchildren why they didn't have their gifts. My bank said they couldn't dispute the charge as it was still listed as pending. Sunday and Monday come and go and Tuesday I still have no money. I email and call the lab and get no response from my voice mail or email. I go into my bank and try to get the problem solved and am still told there is nothing they can do. Wednesday morning comes and still no money in the account. I call the lab again and again get voice mail. That afternoon I call the lab again and finally reach a live person. After being transferred they say that they did everything necessary and that it is out of their hands and I should deal with my bank. I can't believe that they seem to think it is no big deal. They destroyed my Christmas, my daughter and family came from Washington and it was the first visit in 3 years and I had no gifts. I make my living hauling horses and had no money for fuel and was forced to cancel my work and the lab just shrugs their shoulders like it's no big deal. Finally here it is Thursday morning and 6 days later and low and behold my money is back. Just wanted to let other consumers know that this is a sloppy run organization and I would be suspicious of their services as they are so error prone.
