Prestige Camera Prestige Camera is the worst company to deal with. They have poor customer service and the customer service reps are unprofessional and have not dignity in the manner in which they address customers. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, when a CSR answered and said that they could not do anything for us at this time. We had ordered 2 TV’s with stands totaling $16000. When I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. I have been in the customer service profession over 14 years and this is the worst customer service I have encountered.
