Poor Service At Sony Service Centre at Wisma Hi This is an official complaint I reached Sony Service centre at Wisma at 8:08 pm on 27 Dec 06 and was alarmed to find that the Ticket has ran out. The notice stated that no ticket was issued after 8:30pm. I looked at my watch again and then I confirmed that I was not later than 8:30pm Many customers do not know what is going on and is appalled at the level of customer service. The reasons given by one of the counter staff is ' There are too many people ' and ' It was written on the notice that between 7:45pm to 8:30pm if there is too many people we will stop issuing tickets.' There was nothing of this sort of notice anywhere in the store. This is totally unacceptable, Sony products are good and that is also the reason why we consumers purchase them and that is why your service queue is long. Why is this happening? My time is as valuable as yours and I do not appreciate such poor services. Please reply me and tell me what is your next course of action to appease a very dissatisfied customer.
