Lot attendant at The Home Depot

The Home Depot Tullytown PA. My complaint it that a Lot attendant damaged my truck while loading a piece of carpet into it. Scratching my vehicles tail gate and they are refusing to pay for it. The lot attendant is saying it never happened and they have video outside the store that they are refusing to look at. Saying they don't have access to it.
