Dishnetwork telemarketing calls

I noticed several complaints against Dishnetwork telemarketers from India.

I would like to add my name to the list. I have been receiving calls from

this company once a month on the average. I am not or never have been and

will not be a Dishnetwork customer. The Indian telemarketers have no clue

regarding the do-not call list and do not provide their legitimate telephone

numbers in India. Instead, they give the Dishnetwork telephone number in

the UNS (800-333-3474). I have registered a complaint with the FCC do not

call registry each time I have received the telemarketing call but the calls

keep on coming...

Has anybody found a way to stop thise calls?
