Complaint Against Services of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard

Hi,

I'm writing to you after getting totally frustrated from the services being offered by Eureka Forbes. About 2 years back I bought Aquaguard iNova and at that time I was promised prompt and excellent service delivery.

I logged a service request (# 111130) with their helpline number on 21st Dec 06 and was promised that the request will be taken care of within 24 hours. After repeated calls for more than a week nobody has turned up yet. I've been calling their helpline number as well as the Area Service Manager (the number for the same was given by helpline person) and till date nobody has turned up at my place. When you speak to them there will be a standard reply that some technician would come today but then as usual nobody turns up.

I'm finding myself in a situation where I feel I have been duped and have no option now but to have an Aquaguard fitted in my house without being able to use it.

I asked their offices that what is the choice for a customer in such a situation and what is their mechanism of launching a complaint against their services, and without surprise they come back saying they do not have any such mechanism so you are just left on the whims and fancies of these guys to come some day and do the work for you. This is really a ridiculous situation to be in. I do not have drinking water in the house. All I can think of is that traditional water filters are much better and hassle free.
