this man was the realtor for the seller of a home i purchased. to say he was less

than helpful is such an understatement!!

when my realtor asked him a question about the house he replied--do your research.

can you imagine treating your customers this way and still having a business??

the bank appraiser had to visit the home 3 times because this man wouldn't get

the water turned on for her. and i had to pay for that.

i am appalled at such laziness and bad attitude. i do intend to write to the real

estate board and tell them what a terrible business person this slug is.

if you are looking to buy or sell in the concord n.h. area do yourself

a favor and steer clear of this person. he is miserly of spirit and out for only

himself.
