I ordered (1) book AT 9.95. The salesperson was very very pushy. I kept telling her all I want is (1) book @ $9.95. I repeated this at least 6 to 7 times. (1) book @ $9.95. They charged my credit card for (2) books. I called several times and they do not even answer the phone.

They certainly do not return calls.
