Gas cylinder at Vadodara ( Gujarat ) Consumer no 17095, name Maheshwari Kamlesh

Dear Sir,

There are so many problems with one of your agent ( Rathwa Gas Agency, Code No – 9112013 ) at Vadodara, Gujarat. Customers are not getting their Gas Cylinders in committed time. This is very shameful thing for one of the most powerful gas company. I Mrs. Kamlesh Maheshwari has given a request for only one cylinder before 25 days ago still till date am not received. I regularly followingup for the same but every time I am receiving message that you will receive within 2 hrs. On 26/12/2006 when I called up at agency they asked me you have not received bottle yet ?. I don’t know what is going on at your appointed agents point. I am also in the transport line and all of you are very well aware about prompt service. I am not only the customer who is facing problem, but there are 100s of customers. I think that there is some major problem at your end because you don’t know about this ?...... I think you should remove this type of agencies.

Kindly look seriously into this matter and revert me on the same mail id ASAP. Otherwise I should go to other gas company.
