pspblender.com support

i had signed up for psp blender at their website www.pspblender.com looking to save a little money. the faq site states that it works with any version of the psp firmware, but after paying i found out that only firmware 2.7 and under are supported by their site. my psp firmware version is newer than that. i've tried contacting them 6 times for some help or a refund or any type of communication, but have received NOTHING. I'm sure the site is ok for people who have the right firmware version, assuming you could make heads or tails of how to use the download pages, but it's not for me and cannot get a response to any of my tickets I've submitted. in conclusion i would like to warn anybody before signing up for psp blender to just spend the extra money and go buy the game or movie (depending on what they are looking for). psp blender is a joke and you will get no help!!!
