I will never buy another Whirlpool Appliance again.

We purchased a Whirlpool Duet Washer/Dryer, range, and dishwasher:

Duet Washer: Shakes on spin cycle regardless of 0 items or 10. When I say shakes - I mean knocks things off the wall. Additionally, all the water doesn't drain from the detergent/bleach cup. My towels consistently come out of the washer smelling mildewy. Followed the manufacturer procedures to have someone come in and check it via the warranty. The repair man's answer was, these washers just have these problems. The washer was completely level - it just shakes. And no, the detergent cup just doesn't drain. His suggestion, dump it out after each load, and use a towel to dry out the washer after each load. Because there was nothing "wrong" with the washer, it wasn't truly a warranty call, so we had to pay for it.

Dishwasher: Doesn't dry the dishes - there is always water sitting after the dry cycle. Again, followed the recommendation of warranty thinking perhaps the heating element was dead. Different repairman gave me the same answer as previous - this dishwasher just doesn't dry very well. At least that time it was covered under the warranty.

Range - Have had consistent problems with the oven heating element not staying true to required temp. I'm not even going to bother calling them. I'll just wait until I can afford to buy a different brand.

Whirlpool doesn't publish any e-mail addresses. They only have forms to fill out.
