I bought my boyfriend a warm-up suit for Christmas. The size was perfect, but it was defected. The left leg is twisted and you can\'t straighten it out. From the knee down the stripe on the pants goes around to the front. We took it back Tuesday (after Christmas). We said we would love the suit, except he really can\'t wear it like that. We did have the receipts, but found that the tags were taken off. David said he might have taken it off because he knew the suit fit.

We were told since there were not anymore warm-up suits like it, they did not have anything to scan and could not take it back. It seems wrong since we ONLY brought it back because it was defected. I could see if it was the wrong size or any other reason. Also, one of the girls said it smelled like cigarettes. Not true. There was no one that smoked near that suit. Sales clerks seemed rude from the beginning and were speaking to each other in Spanish. They refused to take back the DEFECTIVE pants. We were given the warm-up suit back (without the bag) and told they could not take it back. This is wrong. Their merchandise is defected and they took our money. Seems like we got ripped off. I either want the money back or the same warm-up suit with the pants being right.
