Dell return 30% restocking charge

It's a given that Dell is a bad company, all the

complaints here testify to that, but buyers should

beware. If you buy something from Dell that wasn't

what you expected, you wind up with a 30% restocking

charge. Think about it.

Once you buy their garbage, you're stuck with it. If

your late with a payment not only do they charge you a

"late" fee but they also charge you a percentage of

the outstanding balance as well. Take a look at what

you can buy from reputable vendors, where you can

return things etc. Do you're homework, you will see

that Dell isn't a good choice.
