regarding consumer service I am spending Christmas with my family in Calagary. I was shopping at Sears in the SouthCenter Mall, Calagary. I spent over one thousand dollars on Christmas presents at Sears that day. The cashier at the toy department was not impressed with my daughter when she started putting the toys she had purshased on the counter. I asked her if I could leave the toys behind the counter because we were purshasing more gifts from the various departments, such as a TV. She informed us no that she would have to phone the holding doc and she did not think they were even open. I informed her to please check which she did. I confronted her with her lack of professional in that is she did not thank us for our purshase nor did she wish us a merry Christmas I then informed her that it would not hurt to smile she looked at me and started to laugh in my face. I spoke to the sales manager. The sales manager informed me that good help was hard to find and this was not the first time complaints had been lodged. She went on to say that Christmas help was not easy to find and after Christmas she would be fired. I went to the loading doc where the attendent dropped the TV that I purchased on the ground. A customor was watching the incident and informed us that the box hit the bumper of the car as well. We checked the TV and car for damages which there was none. I am a loyal customer of Sears but I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the sales clerk and how the situation was handled. Debra MCullough P.O.
