UPS-Can't deliver to Address

I ordered merchandise from Walmart online on 12/14/06. On 12/19/06, I get a postcard from UPS saying that merchandise cannot be delivered because they can't recognize the address. The merchandiser switched my address around putting 403 RR 3 when it's specially RR 3 Box 403. I called UPS and they said they thought the error address was a PO Box. I call it laziness on the part of my UPS driver out of Duncansville PA. My UPS driver has had this area for long enough to know me and my address. So now my merchandise is laying in the UPS house until supposedly delivering 12/27. Thanks alot UPS driver for your wonderful insight and not recognizing my address on your normal route! I CAN IDENTIFY WITH THIS COMMENT. APPARENTLY, THAT DRIVER IS JUST ONE OF SEVERAL IN DUNCANSVILLE WHO CANNOT READ ADDRESSES CORRECTLY. A PACKAGE WAS SENT IN ERROR TO RR 1, BOX 136 INSTEAD OF RR 1, BOX 137 AND IT'S TAKEN ALMOST A MONTH TO GET IT STRAIGHT (IF IT IS IN FACT STRAIGHTENED OUT).
