Quikbrites from Merchant Media, LLC

MM's LLC should be revoked and the programmers of their Automatic Voice Responder should be fired. They seem to be connected all over the place, but a number that seems to answer as the corporate HQ and where one can leave a message (response unknown as yet) is: 508-655-0200 in Framingham MA. (I now hope this doesn't lead to spamming my email because I do not want it!)

Here's my complaint:

I ordered one 8 unit set of Quik Brites for an order total of $22.98 including 7.99 s&h.

Your stupidly programed AVR added an additional 22.98 and charged my credit card for a total of 45.96! (in case you don't know, AVR means "Automatic Voice Responder")

That's called a "rip-off". I expect to see a $22.98 credit to my account forthwith.

Any b-s with this, or ignoring me, and my next communication will be with the MA and CT Attorney General.

A very unhappy customer who's very likely to hang up when I encounter an AVR again. I'm telling all who will listen to do the same.

ps: I do not appreciate the "sticky" nature of the sales "push" programmed into your AVR. Those who programmed it should be fired. I had to hang up on it after I got tired of wasting my time saying "NO" to it. The reason I checked my balance on line (something I've never done before encountering your operation), and although a real pain to do so, appears justified.
