WRONG NUMBER ON CERTIFICATE

ESTEBAN STARLIGHT LIMITED EDITION

I am checking to see if you have work on this matter I have called and sent e-mail and I get NO responds from your customer service.

I have talked to a rep from your customer serves named Rick on November 21, 2006 and he told me to send a copy of the order

Form from HSN where I bought this Esteban Starlight Guitar. ORDER NUMBER is 351014768 my customer number is 729607093 and the package I.D. is 0351014768.

I sent all that information to Rick whom he did get because I FAX it to him and it was confirmed that it was receive on November 21, 2006.

He stated there will be no problem and will have a new Certificate of Authenticity with in a week.

The number on the Certificate of Authenticity is 16207 and in the sound whole of this guitar the number is: 620 all I am asking for is a new Certificate of Authenticity with the right number on it of 620 how can something this simple to fix and ESTEBAN Company is making it so hard to get this LITTLE PROBLEM WITH A NUMBER FIX.

So I am asking one more time to work with me on this and send me the right Certificate with the number 620 on it so it will match with the guitar I bought. If you need to get a hold of me please call me so we can get this little issue fix.
