vonage phone service

vonage phone is the most terrible phone service I have ever dealt with. More horrible than cable phone and idt. After a few weeks my phone was dead, or I sounded like I was under water, or people were just getting my voicemail for no reason. With 1 baby home and 1 toddler in full day school, how do you live w/o a phone. I had to use my cell phone that did not have lots of minutes and it ran into alot of money there.

When you try to reach customer service, you reach India and they sure don't care, they even make you pay for shipping on the box I had to replace, and your internet goes down also. If I could I would sue.
