Xypex Chemical Corporation HD-150 concrete waterproofing

I wanted to briefly follow up on the Xypex complaint I filed in March 2005. I just want everyone to know that Les Faure and the people at Xypex are honorable people to deal with. Once I sent my digital photos to Xypex, they got back to me to acknowledge the blistering problem and they promptly refunded my out-of-pocket costs for the product and the contractor I hired to install it and then to later scrape it off. Whether Xypex will work or not for your application, you should know that Les and Xypex are honorable to deal with and they will stand behind their product for better or for worse.
