Product/ADT Security / Services: Home Security To whom it may concern Customers should check their accounts to make sure that your payments were applied to the your account and not someone elses....
Recently I received a phone call from ADT customer service dept to be informed that I owed them money because they had inadvertently applied payments to my my account from someone elses account.It to ADT 11 months to find their error!
In Aug. I had called to cancel my services (after 9yrs of services) and requested a final bill A final bill was forwarded to me and I paid the final bill.
Now ADT is requesting me to pay them for something that they themselves have not billed me for! I have called their customer service dept 2x and requested a payment history report to be fax and mailed to my attn., but I have not recieved anything.
If I owe ADT I would pay the bill immediately! Because I do not want a bad credit rating. But ADT have not billed me.
