We were married in Atlanta on September 9th. We hired a company called “A Solid Gold Sound’ to videotape our wedding. A young guy showed up and taped the wedding. He was a little odd but, seemed to do a good job. We paid in full back in March when booking.

Two months after the wedding we called to find out when the video would arrive. We left numerous messages and got no response. The employees we talked with were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to know anything about our video. I felt we are not the first to complain.

Now it is 14 weeks since our wedding and we have no video and are out over $600. I’ve contacted my credit card company and have written a letter to the owner John Kruer, who I believe lives in the Cincinnati area.

A Solid Gold Sound says they have offices all over the country. However, I think some of those "offices" are PO Boxes at UPS stores.

I'm not sure if we will ever get our video. Stay away from A Solid Gold Sound!!!!
