On December 15 I ordered a computer from Tiger Direct and Systemax Computers (same company)

I bought this computer from a systemax saleman named miguel who told me he works for systemax but was answering the phones for tiger direct as they had the day off for the holidays.

I paid via credit card and paid extra for 2nd day shipping. i anxiously awaited delivery before christmas.

3 days later on Dec 18 i find out that the computer i ordered and paid for had been sold to someone else as the salesman Miguel keyed in the sale wrong.

Tiger direct was rude and offered no help in finding me another computer . they cancelled the transaction and i am left less than a week before christmas with nothing to put under the tree.

I have called Miguel from SYSTEMAX several times and have left several messages which he refuses to return.

Systemax states they have excellent customer service but i find that to be untrue in my case as they refuse to return multiple phone calls over the last 3 days and the link on systemaxpc.com to contact them is invalid.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM SYSTEMAX OR TIGER DIRECT!
