NUMBER GIVEN ON CARD IS 727-497-3616, MACHINE ANSWERS, TELLS YOU TO PUSH 1 FOR SOMETHING, 2 FOR SOMETHING ELSE, THEN YOU GET ANOTHER MACHINE THAT SAYS YOUR WAIT TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 7 MINUTES, AFTER YOU WAIT ANOTHER RECORDING COMES ON AND SAYS MEMBER SERVICES IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. OF COURSE NO ONE EVER ANSWERS YOUR MESSAGE. I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 75-100 TIMES, I SENT AN E-MAIL AND I SENT A REGISTERED LETTER THAT SOMEONE NAMED DEBBIE DUDLEY SIGNED FOR BUT STILL NO ANSWER. I HAVE AN OVERDUE BILL THAT IS ABOUT TO BE TURNED OVER TO COLLECTION WITH ANGEL MEDICAL CENTER IN FRANKLIN, N.C. AND CAN GET NO ANSWERS AS TO WHY THIS HAS NOT BEEN PAID. ALSO WE RECENTLY RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THEY WERE DISENROLLING US AND WE HAD NO INSURANCE EFFECTIVE OCT. 1. !!!! I FINALLY FOUND OUT THEY DROPPED US BECAUSE WE HAD MOVED FROM THEIR AREA!!! A REPRESENTATIVE FROM AMERI-LIFE ON ROUTE 19 IN PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOLD US THIS WAS THE INSURANCE WE NEEDED BECAUSE WE WERE MOVING, IT WAS GOOD FOR ANY DOCTOR, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. SO WE SIGNED UP, WE MOVED AND THEN WE ARE TOLD WE HAVE NO INSURANCE BECAUSE WE MOVED. AND WE CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT THIS OR THE OVERDUE BILLS, SO FRUSTRATING, WHERE DO WE TURN??? ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.
