I bought the FUTON at Value City Furniture, and the mattress that's used to sit on the Futon came in a compressed bag that allowed the shippers to fold or roll up the mattress and put it into a long thin box.

About a month after I bought it I noticed a bad smell coming from the Futon and I started to get stronger. I did not understand why the smell as developing because I never dropped any stain on the mattress. I called Value City to tell them I wanted to replace the mattress or return it, they then told me since it's been over 7 day I could not do that.

So now I'm stuck using fabreeze on a piece of furniture on which I did nothing to cause the order.

The main lesson is when purchasing mattresses or Futons from Value City F, make sure you analyze the item real good or else you'll end up making a complaint like this one.
