Pathetic 7 UP

Dear Sir,

I Dinesh Agarwal staying at 2nd floor 12A Beliaghata Road Kolkata-15 had purchased a 300 ml

7up on 01/12/2006 thru a local retailer SUMIT STORES. I shared this drink with my 3 yr old son.

But after gulping first sip I could notice that therte was no froth in the drink and the taste was like that of a plain water.After noticing it closely we found lot of impurities floating in the drink.That made me panicky I immediately met the local retailer who told me that this is the second complaint he has received in two days.

I am really concerned about all this and the callous attitude of PEPSICO guys aon the quality of the product.If they can spend a tad more on quality then all these things won';t happen.I have kept the bottle with me presently for further action. Following are the details I noted in the 7 up bottle.S2018 07110613:09

kINDLY FORWARD THIS COMPLAINT TO RAJEEV BAKSHI HEAD OF PEPSI INDIA WHO ADVISES PEOPLE TO GULP HIS DRINK AND ALSO TO INDIRA NOOYI.
