No ECM Available in Surat after floods Aug 06

My car was under water during this year's flood in Surat. Maruti made tall claims in the papers advertising that they will provide mechanics, spare parts and bear part of the cost of repair too. My car Euro II Maruti 800 model is awaiting a "ECM" from Maruti Udyog without which the car is not getting repaired. IT IS 5 MONTHS NOW. Authorized Service Center: SIKON MOTORS, Surat. Vehicle No: GJ5CA8124, Chassis NO. 1781722. Engine No. 2473503. What solution is Maruti going to give me?
