We signed the contract with E. Durham but the work was sometimes supervised by the grandchild Kamran D. Zand. Durham we never saw again. The black plastic to cover is visible true the rocks as they are sowed sparingly over the front and back yard. Also has the plastic big holes around the plants to give lot of space for the weeds to overgrow the plants. The plastic is done like a puzzle with small pieces next to each other. We paid $5890 for this poorly done job. I called them for a year, some days 10 times but they only gave promises. Now they say it's to late as the year is gone. Zand is now a Realtor for Prudential and promised to correct the work if we give him the house to sell. If this is not blackmail!
