Hi, I purchased yahoo music about a year ago and never activated the automatic re-sign up feature. After recieving my last bank invoice i noticed they charged me 71.88.

After contacting yahoo by phone (which is next to impossible since that number is so hard to find) the gave me the run arround and basicly told me that: they wont turn off the automatic re-sign up, they will not refund me my money, and they can't help me. I told yahoo that i cannot access my email address that they sent the email too. Hence i never saw a email telling me that i was going to get billed. I also deleted their program. So what im told is that i have to bite the bullet and pay for this as well as i have re load their software just to delete my subscription?
