I would like to post a complaint against the following company:

On 12/14/06 I placed an internet order with this company for a Dora Talking

Kitchen. The price was $59.99 and nothing was added to the shipping, nor

were there any drop down screens for further shipping information. I

assumed that there wasn't any shipping on this purchase.

On 12/17/06 I received an e-mail from Email User stating

that my order for the doll house would have a shipping fee of $323.99

(since I was out of town I did not receive this message until 12/19/06)

On 12/17/06 Kelise cancelled my order because they had not heard back from

me in regard to the shipping. They did refund my credit card the $59.99

originally charged.

On 12/19/06 I e-mailed the Kilese Warehouse stating that I did not order a

dollhouse, but had ordered the Dora talking kitchen and that the shipping

of $323.99 was ridiculous.

On 12/19/06 Kelise Warehouse e-mailed me back stating that the dollhouse

would cost me $112.00 to ship. It is amazing to me that the shipping just

dropped $211.99???

This same play kitchen can be shipped priority mail from Nick.com and still

received in time for Christmas for $42.00. The shipping on this same play

kitchen from Toys R Us is $17.00. I would like to know WHY this company

feels they can charge anywhere from $112.00 to $323.99 for the shipping on

a $59.99 purchase??

I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make sure that all of

my friends and family hear about this story.
