I am writing to say that I purchased 2 gift cards in the amount of $150.00 come to find out I received an e-mail today from sears stating that they would not arrive in time for the holiday. So I called customer service and said that there was nothing that they could do, they would not even cancel my order and try to help me expedite it. They would not give me the time of day. I ordered these on December 14th my husband is an attorney and with there false advertising on sears.com website free shipping and will arrive in time for Christmas. One of the gift cards if for my nephew who is leaving for the army overseas!


 


I will never ever shop in your store or do business with your company again, your customer service department is so rude and caring!
