Empire Carpeting Today

Several months ago my wife and I called Empire Carpeting Today to get laminate flooring put in our livingroom and dinning room. We set up the appointment and the sales rep did come out to talk with us. He seemed to be a very nice man and talked very nice. He looked at our rooms and saw that we had a step down living room and other stairs. He informed us that they couldn't do stairs and that we had to get a carpenter that does stairs. We said fine we'd do that. At this time we talked a few more minutes and he lets. He never showed us samples of what kinds of flooring they had and he said they woulod get back with us and never did. We can understand not doing the stairs as other businesses have told us the same thing, but we did expect a call back which we never got.
