I purchased a Dell computer Dimension series in Dec /05. In October /06 the problems started with freezing at the bios check. Now 2 months later the 6 calls to technical service has gained me nothing. They refused to send a technician when the warranty was in date. They insisted, like many off shore people do, that a) women know nothing, and b) the problem was software which has done nothing to stop the problem or rectify it for more that a few days. These technicians are brainwashed effectively not to give the consumer the needed repairs. I will never buy another Dell computer and I urge everyone who reads this to look elsewhere for a product that works and a company who will accept responsibility and be accountable for poor product. You won’t find this at Dell which is why they are on the bottom of the technology heap
