Cingular

Cingular unilaterally removed my 15% employee discount. They refuse to

re-instate it. After an HOUR on hold and being transferred to various

employees. They said use website to get it. THAT DID NOT WORK. What

regulatory agency can help? I want out of Cingular without any extra

charges.
