American coradius International LLC

I owed Macy's $475 so the account was passed over to American Coradius International.Now I received a call from a guy named Chris Lowe.He was the rudest person.He asked to speak to me and when I asked who was calling he refused to tell me why he was calling.So I told him I could'nt help him if he wasn't going to tell me who he was.He then went on to say that I need to grow up and just pay my bills. So I said "Excuse Me?" and he goes you heard me you ghetto trash you need to go back to Zimbabwe.I guess that comment was referring to my nationality being that he knew I was African - American.I told him to let me speak to a manager and he refused.I then hung up on him and he repeatedly called back.I then contacted Consumer Affairs and brung this matter to their attention.It's unbelievable how disrespectful some people could be.In October I paid the bill in full and have been calling to ask if it's possible to get a letter to have for my own records stating the bill has been paid in full. No one has gotten back to me yet.I know back then I probably was a little irresponsible and neglecting certain bills but i'm so not that person anymore.That's why I paid the bill with no problem.There's just a more professional way to go about doing things.

I also had problems with aci, I had lost my job and had my car repo'ed. We owed 2357.00. I told them i would pay them when i got a job. So when i started working ACI called and i told them they could withdrawl they money on the 5th day of the month. They went and took the money on the 3rd of the month,wich put my in the hole with my bank.

HELLO! It does not matter if you are black, white, asian, or from zimbabwee!!! No one has a right in America to talk to you this way, especially a telemarketer or collections rep in a call center working making probably less money than you and more bills than you. They are extremely!! demeaning, and act as if they are God!! or perfect...reflecting their own images all the time by be-littling you.

How dare!!! anyone speak to me in that manner and expect a positive reaction.
