kenmore elite washer Hi my name is tammy ingledue i bought a kenmore elite from sears in dover mall I have had nothing but problems with this washer I have only had it a month the sensors has went up in it i would like to get a different washer in exchange for this one i cant have a washer that is going to keep breaking down with five kids the washer is not worth all the money i will be paying sears doesnt want to give me another washer and i am willing to legal action if i have to but i really dont want to the washer is still under manfutores warranty and I have a service agreement for 3 years I hope we call resolve this problem in a friendly matter.

We had ours worked on 4 to 5 times the first year and this is a second home and we are there 30 to 40 days a year. Now it has broken done with the error 1 for the second time this year and sears just told me to sell it and buy and new one because the new ones do not have the same problems anymore. So even Sears think they are BAD. I called 1-888-536-6673 and a manager would not even get on the phone.
