Absolutely the worst technical support possible I operate a small electronic design business in Santa Rosa, NM. I recently bought a new computer and desired to transfer all my electronic design files to it. After reading the web site of Quality Cables USA Inc. about their USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Data Transfer Laplink Cable, I made a purchase. Received the cable and it would not transfer a file. The computer kept rebooting when hooked up to the cable. The only form on tech support from this company was my email. I emailed them with my issue and received a RMA number to return my cable. About ten days later I received the cable back exactly the same way I sent it. Apparently it had never been opened or tested. I hooked it up and experienced the exact same problem I did before sending it. I emailed the company and the following is a copy of my correspondence. . . .

Solution: we do not have these problems on our many systems so the problem must be with your hardware, it is not possible for us to test customers hardware if you wish you can send your two systems to us and we will try to fix your problem for you _____ I believe this reply clearly states that this company could care less about their customers.
