This complaint is about Colonial Supplemental Insurance out of Westminster Colorado. After weeks of un-returned inquiries into the status of a claim, my Husband was finally able to make contact with a representative who informed him that the claim was "probably denied". As a family with very limited means- this has resulted in eviction from our home. We moved in the middle of Winter, my Husband unable to help due to recent knee-surgery, at Christmastime. The added expense of moving means that my children WON'T be getting any gifts from us.

I would like to know if this company EVER pays out any benefits.

BEWARE of this scam! Keep your hard earned money- you will need it!
