My complaint is about "Yahoo! Music Unlimited Subscription Service" on Rogers Yahoo. I was offered a 30 day free trial and had to submit my MC # to register. After a few days, I decided that this service was not for me. It is impossible to cancel a subscription from Yahoo!Music Unlimited. While I can easily purchase other services frim Yahoo! Music Unlimited, the "Contact Customer Care", "Manage my Account" and "Cancel Subscription" icons will only show a "Server Error" or "Not Available At This TIme" message.

I want to cancel this subscription BEFORE the 30 day trial period runs out and BEFORE Yahoo! Music Unlimited starts taking the monthly fee from my MC.

This type of "service" from Yahoo is simply unfair and very frustrating.

Rogers is equally responsible as this is "Rogers Yahoo". Consumers beware.
