Unfair Business. Auto Toy Store Owner Mario Dimech

I am a hard working guy who has a small bit of success and wanted to reward myself with my dream car. I located the car at The Auto Toy Store in Fort Lauderdale which is the Worlds largest exotic car dealer. Well i walk into a very fancy place with an endless amount of exotics and very well dressed salesman. The car i purchased was a Ferrari 360 spider. My experience at the dealership was fine but when i took delivery of the car thats where the problems started. After driveing the car 10,000 miles the car was due for its service. Well it turns out that the service was going to cost me 15,000. No one at the dealership including my salesman had informed me that the upkeep was extreamly expensive to say the least had I know i would not have ever bought the car. And on top of that it was going to be due for breaks at anothe 4 grand. The salesman made it sound like the car would last forever and that there were no problems. Outraged I went back to the dealer which is located on Sunrise Blvd and first spoke with my salesman who was of no help. I then met with the General Manager who was polite but made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing that the upkeep would be so costly and was not willing to do much, at this point I became more outraged and asked to speak with the owner of the dealer, after waiting 10 minutes here walk out this guy in his early 20's wearing over 100,000 in jewelery and an expensive italian suit. This was the owner MARIO DIMECH a localy known successfull entrepreneur. After explaining what happend he asked what he could do for me. I wanted for him to pay for my service being that I was not informed of the cost of upkeep. He denied any wrong doing on behalf of the dealership but told me to bring in my car for service and that he would help me out. So I did 3 days later and left it there for 1 week. When I arrive to pick up the car I am handed an invoice for 5,000 and was told that Mr. Dimech had compt 75% of the bill as if it was some great thing. This guy lives in 20 million dollar home but was not willing to keep a customer happy by picking up the entire repair cost. Needless to say I paid the bill and will never buy from there again and I do not recomend The Auto Toy Store to anyone.
