Pioneer AVIC-N2 GPS System
|
Pioneer AVIC-N2 GPS System I purchased a Pioneer GPS system for my pickup in April 2005. Not long after I got it, it started having problems ejecting the CD. I did not bother to do anything about it, because I was going to trade that vehicle in over the next few months and would have the GPS repaired before I had it installed in my new truck.
It took Pioneer Service Center over six weeks to send it back to my dealer and after the dealer installed it in my new truck, they realized the problem had not been corrected. It then took another four weeks (and $200.00) for Pioneer to fix it and ship it back. Within two months, I am having the same problem.
Obviously Pioneer seems to be having a little problem with customer service and I could not, in good conscious recommend anyone purchase Pioneer products after what I have seen with the quality of their equipment.
